O'Mara and Associates is an organizational development, training and consulting firm, specializing in leadership, facilitation, and full-service diversity and inclusion services. We are known for quality, practical, customer-focused work in the public, non-profit, and private sectors. Some assignments are multi-year, large-scale projects that involve associates as strategic partners and/or specialists in specific areas of focus. Other assignments are shorter in duration and scope and may involve only Julie O'Mara. We offer many leadership and diversity assessment coaching tools and can provide services to assist you in implementing the tools, if needed.
